Les "George" Chilcott – The Founder (Grandad)In the late 1950s, Les "George" Chilcott established Chilcott Metal Products (CMP), starting with a contract to produce pheasant runs as a sub-contractor. His craftsmanship laid the foundation for the family business.

Paul Chilcott – Expansion & Innovation (Dad)Taking over in the late 1970s, Paul Chilcott steered the company towards sheet metal fabrication, specializing in manufacturing bins for cruise ships. By the 2000s, CMP had shifted focus to producing steel frames for soft play structures, expanding its expertise in custom steel fabrication.

Pete Chilcott – Embracing Technology (Son)In 2012, Pete Chilcott stepped into leadership, driving technological advancements in design and manufacturing. Under his direction, the company secured major contracts, focusing on large-scale steel projects.

Simon Chilcott – Structural Steel & Growth (Son)Simon Chilcott joined Pete in 2020 after a career as a strength and conditioning coach. With his arrival, the business refined its focus on structural steel and staircases, cementing CMP’s reputation in the industry.
