We recently completed the fabrication and installation of a balcony balustrade and external staircase at a residential property in Henbury. The project formed part of a new balcony structure, with joists and decking installed by others. Our scope included the steel balustrade system and staircase, designed to complement the existing Juliet balcony and provide safe access between levels. All steelwork was galvanised and powder coated in a semi-gloss black finish to ensure durability and low maintenance in an exposed setting. The staircase incorporates a new tread style selected for grip and practicality, providing secure footing while maintaining a clean, modern appearance. Installation was coordinated with other trades to ensure the works integrated cleanly with the overall build. A straightforward project delivered with attention to detail and a finish designed for long-term performance.
